Alienware X51-R2 not powering up

Hi,

I've had my x51 for about two weeks now, when I went to turn it on this morning all that happened is a single white LED near the bottom of the power button turned on and nothing else.

I have since tried:

-powering on the system with nothing plugged in but the power supply

-tried using almost every outlet in my house

-unplugged everything and held down the power button for 60 seconds to remove the residual charge (attempt this countless times)

and I just keep getting the same result.

Suggestions?
