Alienware X51 Windows 8.1 Freezing Frequently

I have noticed more and more that my Alienware X51 is crashing/freezing. When I first got my computer, I didn't think too much of it, but now having it for almost a year, I can't go 30 minutes without it freezing up completely to the point of having to shut it down manually. 

Before you tell me this, know that my computer is in a cool, non-humid environment on a hard wood floor. I have updated all my software, and have been very careful with it ever since I got it. There is no noticeable dust in the fan area, but I need solutions or I am going to need to buy a new computer, and definitely not from Dell this time. I am not satisfied at all and I am quite disappointed with this purchase.

If there are any suggested solutions please reply back to this post. Please help me and any future people that have this problem. (Knowing Dell, they probably will)
