Alienware and improvement of hardware-building mistakes
Hi all,
I am soon to be a user of an Alienware Aurora (non-ALX). It's "In production" and scheduled to be here by 8/26!!!
Let me mention, even before receiving the machine, I am already worried after reading many posts about problems with these machines out-of-the-box from Alienware. Things like wrong power configurations for graphics cards is definitely a minus-1-point!!
QUESTIONS:
1) Are manufacturing problems (ie. from 3 months ago) rectified pretty regularly?
2) If I ordered my machine on July 30th should problems like the front audio jack ground wiring problem be fixed out-of-the-box by then?
Thanks for feedback (if any)! I am looking forward to perusing these forums in the future!

Mine was built during the middle of June 2010. I've had it about 6 weeks now, and it has been working fine. My video card power was hooked up correctly.

Thanks TESLA1856, that's reassuring.
