Alienware aurora r4 bios version a07 internal hard disk drive not found
Please someone help me, i returned home after a few weeks away, and when i turned on my desktop it worked fine for about 10 mins, then suddenly said i problem occurred and tried to reboot, now its telling me "internal hard disk drive not found to resolve this issue, try to reseat the drive. No bootable device". i've tried rebooting, changing the order of the setup, and run a psa which says everything is hunky dory. its also telling me at the intial start up screen that there is a failed raid element. i have no idea what to do, dell's website is confusing, and my warrenty should expire late july, but the website says its already expired. in some parts and says it'll last another 2 in others. i really don't know what to do at all. its rather distressing, as all the other threads i've found on the issue either provide no answer or are too technical.

Hi!
What you're experiencing is a No Boot problem. For more information, see this video.
You mentioned the ePSA diagnostic passed, but do you remember if the two HDD were being detected or not? You can access the BIOS (press F2 repeatedly when you see the Alienware logo) to double-check. If one or both are not being detected, try resetting the HDD (unplug and reconnect) and if the issue persists you can send an email to the address posted above or send me a private message with your Service Tag so I can help you further.
If both of the HDD are being detected, it could be a problem with the RAID setup. Access the RAID menu by pressing Ctrl+i when you see the Alienware logo and check what's the status of the RAID. If you need to re-create the RAID, follow the instructions on this article.
