Alienware m14x Freezing Issue

I have recently purchased an m14x from dell. At first I had no real issues, but it seems that whenever I'm doing something that requires the internet, it will randomly freeze up, forcing me to hard boot. I've used multiple system diagnosis programs; all clean. I've restored my system to factory settings; same issue. I've re downloaded the proper drives multiple times, but nothing seems to be working.

Is there something I'm missing, or should I just send it back?

Dell diagnostics is pre-OS.

* Insert any Dell CD in the drive
* Close any windows that appear
* Restart the system
* At the Dell logo screen press F12
* At the One Time Boot menu, press the Down arrow key to highlight Diagnostics
* Press Enter to begin the Diagnostics
* The error codes can be found here

I found the problem after talking to tech support. Apparently I my computer came with a dead wifi chip. Is there any reason that it didn't show up in my AlienAutopsy report?
