Alienware mx17 touchpad
I have been trying to disable my touchpad but i can not find it...i only see 2 different mouse and one will not allow disabling,,, i am having problems with when i type i will open programs and sometimes my mouse will go back into my sentence and start typing there instead of where it is suppose to...driving me nuts!!

Found it. On the M17x it is FN+F12.

Fn +F9 or F7 or F4 to disable it isnt it? i dont have my my M11x infront of me to see but i remeber the option on my M17X , or if drivers are installed you usually when external mouse is plugged in it auto disables or you can set this option or disable totally with the drivers from dell page

I dont know what i'm doing wrong but it isnt working and no i can't find it in device manager
do i click f n and f12 at the same time?
