I have had multiple issues with my X-51 since I purchased it less than a year ago. The customer service of the tech support agents are horrific. They offered an "Above and Beyond" replacement of refurbished motherboard, HD and memory. I will never trust this machine again. I asked for a replacement and was laughed at. The Windows 10 issues are numerous and it will soon be just a play toy for my kid to use.
