Alienware x51 R2 Compatible Blu Ray Drives

Hello I recently purchased an Alienware x51 r2 with the DVD rom option. I was interested in upgrading to a blu ray rom. I found a Hitachi-LG CA30N BD-ROM/DVD Rewriter ROM Ver. WH04 Manufactured June 2012. Would this drive be compatible with the x51 r2?
