Amd catalyst control
Whenever I try installing Amd Catalyst it goes all the way toinstalling the control center and loads a little bit but after a few minutes it freezes up my whole computer. (Alienware 17-R1)

Are you downloading the driver from the AMD website or from the Dell website?
As well before installing the driver I would recommend you to flash the BIOS to the latest version.
