Area-51 ALX Shipping Troubles

Hi,

I recently posted something here about a little problem, not beeing able to be sure of a voltage selector switch on an Area-51 ALX from the US.

Now I have a bigger problem, Alienware US doesn't take orders online for International shipping.

I have already taken contact with both agents from the US and in Italy, and the problem I trying to solve is that the Dell Italy does not have a processor  and a ethernet card  that I'm specially looking for.

At this point, I don't really care whether or not the voltage is different, as long as I can have those 2 components from the US.

Please, I beg anyone of you, tell me there is a solution for this I'm getting desperate.

P.S.: My father works for the NATO (NCISS school), so if a shipping can be arranged via a military adress or something.
