Area 51 Failure to load Nvidia graphic driver on boot

I just started having this problem. When restarted, the computer boots properly, will not load the latest Nvidia graphic 295.73. I get to the desktop and the screen is @ 800x600. No Nvidia Control Panel, and Device Managers shows Error 43 for the graphics adapter. A couple of reboots and all is back to normal.

Any ideas what's up?
