Area 51 R2 AlienFX Board Version Downgrade v9 to v7?
When re-installing Alienware Command Center v4.0.59.0 (latest version from Dell Site), I noticed it indicated downgrading my AlienFX Board version from 9.00.00 to 7.00.00. I then confirmed this via the AlienFX Tester Program as shown below.
What gives? Did my PC originally ship with a newer version of AlienFX than currently available on Dell.com? Should I be worried about this?

My AlienFX Tester shows this:

I noticed I have the Command Center Version 4.0.51.0 and if search for updates via the CC, it finds non. But when I search manually for downloads with my Service Tag, Dell Support shows me the 4.0.59.0 as the actual version.
Confusing ...

i have no Idea what AlienFX Version i have. i installed the latest CC Version and it works. even Colors for my Keyboard and Mouse can be switched via Command Center AlienFX. just install the Latest CC Version and don't worry about it.
