Area-51 (non-ALX) Recovery Partition Question

After receiving my Area-51 I clean installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64 over the Windows 7 Home Premium x64 it was delivered with.  I saved the "Recovery" partition thinking it might still be used down the road, however, there's no way to access it since I no longer have the DataSafe Local application originally installed on the machine. 

Does anyone here know if I can still access the Recovery partition and restore the machine to it's delivered configuration?  I realize it may now be useless, I'm just trying to figure out whether it's still accessible... if not, I'll delete it and recover the disk space.
