Area 51 r2 and monitors

Well i'm forced to buy a new PC and i was always a big fan of alienware. But i never had enough money to get one, and in country where i currently live alienware simply doesn't exist besides overpriced imports.

That's the build of Area 51 r2 i can afford:

Intel® Core™ i7-5930K Processor (6-cores, 15MB Cache, Overclocked up to 3.9 GHz w/ Turbo Boost)
Windows 7 ULTIMATE
Dual NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX™ 960 with 2GB GDDR5 each (NVIDIA SLI® Enabled)
Alienware™ 1500 Watt Multi-GPU Approved Power Supply
16GB Quad Channel DDR4 2133MHz (4GBx4)
128GB SSD 6Gb/s Main + 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s Storage
Slot Load Blu-ray Drive (Reads and Writes to Blu Ray/DVD/CD)
Intel® 7260AC + BT4.0 [802.11ac + Bluetooth 4.0, Dual Band 2.4&5 GHz, 2x2
4x 288-Pin DDR4 UDIMM Slots

In the total cost of 3282.81 USD. But there comes my 1st problem ... i'm always heavy multitasking my pc
so i'm dreaming to get two monitors with smallest bezel possible.
Monitors im consider buying are Dell S2415H ... but there's one crucial thing that i completely ignored.
Even smallest bezels connected will divide for example my Guild Wars 2 character.
Also i have heard that even dual gtx 960 (sli enabled) aren't enough to handle 2 monitor gaming.
So there's only one hope ... getting 3 monitors.

So should i upgrade to dual GTX970 SLI or 960 is enough? I cannot find proper answer. Im console gamer but sometimes i would like to play MMO on ultra details.

PLease help ... also if you have any good propositions/suggestions on monitors then im happy to hear it.
I choiced those because 618.66 usd is max i can give for 3 monitors.

Hi,

I am not really understanding what you mean by they will divide, can you elaborate on that? You should be able to use 2 monitors with dual GTX 960 cards so Im not sure what you mean by you needing 3 monitors.

Yes nvidia can it's called surround, and I'm switching to titan ... too many reasons to not use sli.

Anyways now I need help only at which 3x24" monitors would be best for that gpu? With slimmest bezel possible

Typically, you game with 1 monitor or 3 ... not 2 (because, like you said ... there would be bezel-seam down the middle ... no-one does that)

If only one, you might like something like Dell P2715Q 27" 4K LCD.

If 3, might as well be around 1080p because driving 3 is hard. Not sure if NVidia can drive 3 at same time for gaming ... I know AMD can with Eyefinity.

So, 24" around 1080-1200p.

Do you like 16:9 ratio or 16:10 (I like better).

IPS screen (or something like it) ... or just cheap TN?

Personally, if I wanted 3 matching 24", I would buy 3 of these:

Just look at this baksteenbrick.files.wordpress.com/.../photo0055.jpg

Ya, that's only 2 ... and shows why it's lame.
I guess it works on NVidia now, but I've only seen it work on AMD (Eyefinity). And by "work" I mean 100% with no problems and good performance.

Good to know. Nice current setup.

Good job on the mounting/install ... following Home-Theater procedures.
