Aurora r5 windows 10, unable to remove lock screen log on, ? windows repair

A new Aurora R5 with windows 10. The system is set up with administrative locks that r do not permit removal of the log in screen. I am tech savy enough to know all the work arounds, and none work. 

The removal of log in on accounts options is grayed out. 

The netplwiz will not allow any changes.

Also, advance power options are not allowed so it keep going into a log in after a sleep mode which I cannot stop.

Will are repair help?

A brand new system..windows glitches.
