Have you resolve it? If yes can you check if now the A06 bios have locked multiplier even you have K series intel i7 processors?

still2big,

Did you try this?

* Turn the system off
* Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the R4
* Open the case cover http://dell.to/SHC0PY
* Locate the coin cell CMOS battery
* Remove it from the motherboard
* Replace it back onto the motherboard
* Replace the cover
* Press and hold in the PC power button for 5 seconds
* Reconnect the power to the R4
* Attempt to power on

If that fails to fix it, the motherboard CMOS is corrupt and the motherboard will need to be replaced while under warranty.

I have tried resetting the CMOS as described but I still have the same problem. If the CMOS has become corrupt as you stated, there is a problem with bios version A06 or the flashing software itself, as my system was working fine until I flashed the new bios as recommended by Dell.
