Blu ray playback stuttering and pausing image x51
Hi All,
I have new x51 recieved on weekend and have tried playing bluray disc and find it stutters and has a slight pause. Then the bluray drive spins up for a bit and playback is fine and bluray drive then spins down. PLayback is fine for 5 to ten mins then image stutters again and pauses slightly and bluray spins up again.
Anyone else experienced this problem?

Sometimes something running in the background can do this. Make sure that isn't happening. I would also update your video drivers.
I had something like this going on for me but only in full screen. For me it was the driver.

You should contact Dell tech support. It's a new system and if it needs parts then you would need to call them anyway.

No nothing operating in background. Brand new PC No prgrams installed. PC is three days old has drivers installed by DELL. It happend if conencted via DVI or via HDMI from intigrated graphics too.
