Bluetooth and USB Drivers issues
Hi there,
I've recently downgrade my Alienware 13 from windows 8 to 7. And since then, I've been having trouble with the bluetooth and usb hub of the laptop.
I've used the recommended drivers provided by Dell on the Alienware website, but even when using the Killer bluetooth 1525 driver, nothing shows up on the laptop, i.e I can't connect to my wireless mouse and the driver doesn't even appear in Device manager.
And the alienware 13 comprises of 2 sets of usb, 1 on the left hand side(LHS) of the laptop, and 2 on the right hand side(RHS). I did install the chipset drivers, but still only the LHS usb works whereas the RHS does not.
I'll be happy to provide any more information.
Glad if anyone could help me those 2 issues (bluetooth and usb)
Thanks to you all in advance.

Is that Alienware 13 laptop a R1, R2 or a R3 ?
What version of Windows did it ship with?
This looks interesting:

Looks like latest Windows-7 (64bit) driver might be here:
