Bluray Not Recognizing Alienware M17X R3

I have an Alienware M17X R3 with a bluray side slot drive. It was working fine a week or so ago, and now when I put a disc in, bluray or not, it doesn't open up a player or anything. Not even the system recognizing it unless I go to Computer and opening it there. Anyone have any idea what's going on? I did a Hardware scan that Dell provides and the Bluray player and everything else passed. I don't know what to do. When trying to contact Dell, I was told since I have an Alienware, they don't offer me support and I have to contact Alienware by phone.

Are you able to play the disk? If so then it sounds like the autoplay is off. Go here and follow the instructions to set the autoplay: http://www.techtalkz.com/windows-7/516004-how-configure-autoplay-settings-windows-7-a.html

About contacting Dell, was it a phone call? If so then Dell should have transferred the call over to Alienware tech support. For chat go here and try it again: http://www.alienware.com/support/aliencontact_terms.aspx

If no luck again then go here and try some of the oyher options they list: http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/alienware_support/alienware_support?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&~ck=anavml

Yeah I reset everything for autoplay and it was all on. I reset it again and hit save, and it's still not there. I can play the DVD if I open the program I want to play it in and hit Play. And the computer recognizes that there is a DVD/bluray in there and also what it is. I just am confused as to what in the world is going on. And when looking for Drivers and Downloads, there's nothing about the DVD drive driver. I used to have to redownload the driver for my old laptop for the CD drive.

I tried the link you sent me about Autoplay and nothing changed. Nothing is still launching, even after trying setting everything to default, then setting the programs I want.
