Can anyone identify the issue that causes this effect in the display?
It is more noticeable in the grey colors, but you can also see a difference although smaller in brighter colors. This happens with every thing, including but not only video, wallpapers, youtube videos. Can I have a bit of help finding what is causing this?
I also cant get the screen saver to work, no idea if its related. It works if I press preview, but if I wait 1 minute until it sets off It doesn't.

What PC model? What Win7 theme? Have you checked other Themes? Reload the Dell video card driver, reboot and retest.

Adjust your contrast settings to get rid of that.

I think you need to adjust your screen display as well. Looking at the pic, your icons on the screen are screaming.
Go into Control panel / Display / adjust color.
This will allow you to set up several properties concerning your display.

Have you tried turning down the brightness or rest the everything to default settings for the monitor?

Nah, that was taken from a iPhone 3GS Camera, thats why the rest around looks kinda unfocused. The issue here is only the greys/dark areas. I have no idea why it is, but for some reason they dont display correctly. I have tried many things now, can't google it because I dont even know where to start. Anyway my PC Specs are:
Alienware Aurora R2 Bios Version A04
ATI RADEON HD 5800 series 2G
Intel i7
Asus 1920x1060 Monitor
/ I have a completly different monitor right next to the first one, expanded, with a smaller resolution(it is tiny bit smaller) and it doesnt appear that way. Same logo. If I am watching a video on youtube and I transition between monitors, the image shifts and gets better.
Here are the things I tried:
Update Drivers; Check
Check every corner of Monitor physical button menus: Check
Catalyst Control Center options: Check
Colors and any adjustments done: Check
BIOS Defaults: Check
Changing theme: Check
I dont know what else I can do. I could google, but I have no clue what to look for.
Appreciate all the help so far.

Yes, I have. In does work, but it gets uncomfortable. Not to mention, it is on default, and the first use this computer had, was too, and there was not any problem. It must be something else.
