Can't get Alienware 15 R3 laptops light up keys to work
We just received these brand new laptops at work and for some reason only my number keys light up. Tried going into the Command Center to see if a setting was turned off, but nothing I have tried is working. How do I get my keyboard to light up... help? Also note, the edge lights or mouse pad wont' turn on either....
