Cannot install command center
I have an rx17 r4 with a fresh install of windows 8.1
I have tried to install command center 3.5 and I get an error message which does not allow me to continue with the installation process
This installation package is not compatible with this computer

Hello,
Uninstall the Command Center from the programs and features list first. Restart the computer and install the Command Center again. Use this version. If you receive the same error code, see if it lets you extract the files first and then run the setup file from the Command Center folder. Let us know how it goes.
