Command Center Thermal controls overwrites profiles.xml

I have an Aurora R4 with win10 pro 64bit and the latest command center installed (yes already "freshly" installed with full uninstall with the manual provided on dell´s support site and with registry sweep)

I also had this problem some time ago but it didn´t really bother me then. so it´s nothing new or related to a recent software/hardware change.

When ever i alter the settings for the default profile in Thermal controls or i create a new profile, the settings are reset to "factory" default after restarting the PC. I think this must be a common problem and other users have had the same experience. Any advice ? i havent´t been able to find existing threads on here or alienware arena.

3.6.5.0 ,A04

But i have A11 bios i think

The last recent shown in the dell support site for my model, but for windows 7 64bit. there is no unique release for windows 10 64bit

Have you tried uninstalling the command center following ALL the steps in this guide (deleting folders and registries) before reinstalling?

Then installting this version:
