Critical Charging Issue
It has been over 2 months since I turned on the desktop battery charge mode on my alienware 17 R3 .
The battery % now is at 40% and I can not seem to disable it .
Following things that I have tried are :
-Unplug and Plug the battery connector
-Disable this by clicking the disable button in the desktop mode battery charge ( http://imgur.com/0D9WWrc )
-Went to bios settings and clicked Fn+x , then restart the PC . Didn't work
-Reset the bios to default settings , Did not work
-Reset my alienware to factory conditions : Did not work as well
Please Note: The battery charges but does not go above 40% Need help thanks

i am not 100% sure what are you meaning when saying 40%, but use hw monitor and look the battery wear, also disable the express charge on BIOS

Battery is fine . Also it is on standard charge in BIOS . Ever since I put it on express / desktop charge mode . I can not reverse It . Charge varies between 40-70 % but average is around 50% .
