Driver update

Where can i update my drivers?

i used to have nvidia and downloaded right from there but now i have AMD Radeon HD 6900M and don't know where to download. I remember 2 months earlier trying to download a driver but it gave me an error by saying can not find driver or something like that. Can someone help me out? i need to update these drivers
