Factory restore will not complete

I have an m14x. A few days ago I was hit with the ransom ware ctb locker which encrypted all my files. I tried removing it best I could and most likely didn't do it properly. Anyway I wanted to go back to factory I didn't mind losing all my files. I go to alienrespawn to restore back to factory check what I was supposed to or wanted and I get up to the part where it shows

"Restore my computer"

Formatting your partition part has been completed its the reinstalling your selected system back up that just keeps spinning. I even went to sleep to give it time and the progress still remains at 0 and I'm not sure what to do form here and could use some help asap! Thank you.
