Is it possible to get a new nameplate for my Alienware m11x?  I'd even be fine with a blank one.  I just don't want to have the name of the previous owner on there anymore.

There are Generic Name Plates (Part# 85YK9) available for Alienware M11x.

Name plates are not available for sale as a spare part, they can only be selected during the initial purchase of the system.

I think maybe she thought you want to remake a custom one ... people often come here looking for that service. Or, you also asked for a blank one ... which the one you ordered is not.
