Graphics, Stealth Indication and prolonged boot up

Hello, I recently reformatted my Alienware Laptop M15x and since then it takes ages to boot from the Windows loading boot screen. It used to take around 5 seconds (maximum) now it takes 56 seconds. I have also lost the Alienware graphics that show up on the Windows Welcome Screen (User login area); it just has the normal Windows 7 design now rather than the nice Alienware one. Lastly, the Stealth Button Onscreen Notification has stopped working, when I press the button, the Stealth Onscreen notification doesn't show at all. I've downloaded and installed all drivers and available software from the Dell website, but with no success.
