Graphics card problems

So about 4 months ago I started up Borderlands 2 to play it but when i got to the start up menu i was surprised at what had happened. my screen was flashing and all the textures were z-fighting each other and overlaying and they wouldn't stop. So i decided to see if my Drivers were fully up-to date, and they were. So i took off the maintenance panel and took a can on compressed air and sprayed it to see if that would possibly help, and it did not. At this point i started to look up and see if there was any problems with the graphics card in the x51 R2 and i found none that matched my problem. So then  i went on thinking that it would go away soon, but i am at the point where my warranty is about to run out and i wanted to know if you think i should send it in to get it repaired or if you have a fix for my problem.
