Green Pressure Spots on Alienware 15 R3

I recently purchased the 2016 edition Alienware 15 R3 and as soon as I started up the laptop, when the screen was projecting a black image, I could see green glowing from certain edges of the screen. These seem to be caused by pressure on the screen, probably from the bezel. It's less noticeable when there are more colors on the screen, but it's still a problem. Is there anything I can do other than returning it and getting a new one? Thanks.
