Green Screen when using flash player

I recently brought a Alienware x51 R3, which already had windows10 installed and running so i'm dealing with that and one of the 1st things i did was connect my xbox using the xbox app in windows only to find when i used anything Flash related Youtube, Xbox App video etc my screen colour turns 90% Green, i have tried turning on flash, turning off accelerator, i don't know what to do anyone else have this and know how to solve this
