Having problems with my hard drive
I just got a brand new alienware m17x r4 about a month ago and just recently it has been acting weird. I did an alien autopsy and it scanned my computer and found a few issues with the hard drive. Everything passes except the "Targeted Read Test" and the "Smart Short Self Test". I got Error code: WHD20-7P7 for Targeted Read Test and Error code: WHD16-3JP for Smart Short self Test.
What should i do?
Any help is appreciated.

The error indicates hard drive failure on the computer.

All Dell employees have the "Dell-username" convention. Also, if you click on his name in blue and then click "Send Email", you will see he has a Dell email address.
