How to know which graphic card I'm using Alienware m17x r3
Hi, just a dumb question. How do I know which graphic card I'm currently using (switchable graphics), intel or amd?
dxdiag shown AMD Radeon HD 6900M Series, but I'm not so sure because the performance is quite bad (40-50 fps) on Diablo III
Also, can I set it so it always uses AMD? I seldom use battery at all.

Go to Start/Search programs and files/msinfo32 and there you'll find the list of hardware components, including the video card model. If you're having low performance issues, first check if the problem affects all your games or just Diablo 3, then try the steps on this article.
To switch between integrated and discrete GPU, you can use the FN+F7 command.
