In game stutters [Alienware X51 R2]

Hi,

It's been almost one year since I bought my PC. One of the biggest reasons I choose this PC was to play FSX (Flight Simulator X) as I am an FSX gamer... if you will.

The thing is that a few months ago I started to notice some stutters while playing FSX. I have already done a factory state reset quite a few times without any luck.

I somehow feel this has something to do with my graphics card.

PC specs. are the following:
• W7 Professional (64 bit).
• Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 Ti OEM
• i7-4790 @ 3.60
• 16 GB RAM.

Any assistance is very much appreciated.

Are you running the DVD version or the Steam version?

What resolution are you running at?

Are you sure it's still running on NVidia GPU and not Intel?

Running the DVD version (SP1 and SP2).

Resolution is 1920x1080x32. Monitor is Samsung model S22D300HY. VSync is on.

100% sure I'm running on NVidia GPU.

Anyone?

I'm thinking on contacting support then...

Did you do any driver updates and then start noticing the stutters...or did it just start stuttering with no driver changes?

To be quite honest, I can't remember.

In any case, a factory state reset was made. One thing that caught my attention is that the drivers contained in the Resource DVD are not compatible with the graphics card. None of them! A warning comes up saying that the graphics card is not compatible with the driver. The same happens with the drivers at the support page, except for one.

What should I do guys? I am really upset with this problem because it used to work like a charm.
