My m11x's service tag is invalid in support.dell.com now. I purchased it in 8/6/2010, and that service tag was valid about one year ago, so what should I do? did anyone has same issue?
Are you sure you are using the service tag thats on the thin label next to the fan and not the tag thats listed on the windows7 sticker?
You can go into the bios and verify the tag in there too.
