Is a 525 W power supply good enough to support?

I have a Alien Aurora from 2010 with a 525 W power supply and I'm looking to upgrade from a Radeon 5850 to a Radeon 7970 ( http://bit.ly/TMMzP1 ). I wanted to know if there was enough wattage to go around for my computer to run at optimal performance for games like Battlefield 3, Far-cry 3, Dishonored, etc. If my computer cannot run so, what would you suggest for the next best thing that my computer could handle at the fullest? • Installation software requires CD-ROM drive, a keyboard, a mouse, and a display

• Blu-ray™ playback requires Blu-ray drive and a Blu-ray disc
• For an AMD CrossFire™ system, a second AMD Radeon™ HD 7970 Graphics card, an AMD CrossFire™ Ready motherboard and one AMD CrossFire™ Bridge Interconnect cable is required
