Lagging with 2400 dollar laptop help plz
Hey Guys i just bought this nice Alienware Laptop in which i spent a lot of money on and I am currently lagging in wow at low-good setting and in SC2 aswell these are my specs help is appreciated.

What is the exact model?
You do have it plugged in ... don't you? Checked your power profile and drivers?
Since WoW doesn't appear to have a true built-in benchmarker ... what are your Windows Experience scores?
Maybe someone with a similar model will do the same. Should tell you if your local hardware is working properly.

I'm running an M15X, with i7 620M, 8G 1333MHz RAM, ATI Radeon Mobile HD5730, 500G 7200 HDD, and my Windows Experience is 5.9 (due to HDD) all other values are either 6.7 or 6.9.
Using Unigine Heaven DirectX 11 benchmark 2.1:

My Experience Scores are:
Processor - 7.1
Memory - 7.4
Graphics - 6.7
Gaming Graphics - 6.7
Primary Hard Disk - 5.9
Please help me I really dont like lagging =P

also how do i install turbo boost mode i think that might help or how do i activate it

Your scores look fine. Turbo mode activates on its own when stress is put on the machine.
Check the other thread. I gave some instructions on how to possibly fix your problem.
