Hi istiak8,
The computer comes installed with Intel Rapid Storage Technology software as it has a hard drive and an mSATA SSD drive. All drivers are pre-installed on laptop, when it is shipped from the factory. To provide a resolution to this issue, we need additional information:
1. Have you made any changes to the hard drive configuration?
2. Are you trying to re-install the drivers after reinstalling Windows?
3. Are you trying to configure RAID devices on the computer?
Please reply to this message with the requested information.

Hi Istiak,
Thank you for your reply and I am sorry to know that a blue screen is disabled after installing the driver and the system restarts.
I have added you as a friend. Please accept my friend request by clicking on my name ‘DELL-Rajath N ’highlighted in blue and then click on “Friends” tab at the top and then click on “Request to Review” and finally click on “Accept” button.
I am sending you a private message as well. Hi Istiak
I had a technician who came round and changed my msata. he didn't give me a backup dvd so basically I still don't have the factory settings. I just had to install the drivers from the dell website. The dvd that they are sending you is that the factory settings.
thanks

Hi Chariaf
I think that DVD is not the factory settings. My original Windows 7 DVD was crashed in my laptop for over temperature.I was so lucky that my DVD drive didn't crashed. So i asked them for a Windows 7 backup DVD.They already sent that DVD.I am in Bangladesh now.So it will take time to reach that DVD to me.I think it will be a Backup windows 7 DVD.
Thanks
Istiak
