M17XR2 plugged in, not charging.

I  have this problem a few days ago. I'm running A10 Bios + 240W adapter (this is the second adapter), i  follow all the Chris's step and i still have problem.

DELL-CHRIS M WROTE THE FOLLOWING POST AT 02-02-2011 8:07 AM:

* The PC should be plugged into the AC adapter
* Go here to get the M17x-R2 A10 Bios
* Download the zip file to your desktop
* Unzip it into its own folder
* Open the folder and then open the A10 folder and run W851A10.exe
* When finished, restart the PC
* Once into Windows, turn off the PC
* Unplug the AC adapter and remove the battery
* Hold the PC power button for 30 seconds
* Reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter
* Restart the PC and press F2 to enter the BIOS
* While in the BIOS, disconnect/reconnect the AC adapter
* Exit the BIOS and enter Windows. Check the icon on the taskbar

So what can be done to fix this problem?
