M18X Power On Problem

When I power on the system it only posts the first time about 20% of the time.  I get just the cursor blinking.  I turn it off and back on and it posts fine.  This has happened since day one that I received it.  I figured I'd update the BIOS to A05 and it powered on the first time for 5 days and now it's back to the same old thing.  The only thing I changed was new memory and added an SSD drive.  Not that it matters, but it's a 2820QM with dual 6990's.  Anyone else see this issue?
