M18x R2 keeps crashing
my m18x r2 keeps crashing when playing games or watching youtube i have updated my drivers and defragmented my hard drive and its still heppening so i tryed to factory reset my laptop and its telling me i dont have a factory reset point on my laptop any suggestions wat i should do next

I will recommend you to check the video card temperatures when the system is idle and when is stress out.
What happen exactly when you are using intensive graphics? Will the system bluescreen, it freezes or it will restart?
