MSI Afterburner settings for GTX 670 FTW

Hello everyone, Irishlad, hope you are well.

Can anyone recommend some custom fan settings for my GTX 670 FTW please. I installed the card in my Alienware a couple of weeks ago (thank you Irishlad) and I was wandering If I need to adjust the fan or anything. I have downloaded afterburner but not sure what to do with it! I am new to all this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated Thankyou.
