Microsoft .Net framework and Alienware command center issue at computer start up

Hi,

My system is a M14xR2 on windows 7, 64bit. intel 520 ssd 240gb.

So I had a similar issue before with start up programs not loading properly, causing the computer to freeze up before it would finish starting up. I thought I had traced the start up program issue and disabled it in the PROset/Wireless program. However, I got this message today on start up when the alieanware FX was loading at start up:

I copied the long text into a notepad file and will attach it here. I am not sure what it means, but I am pretty sure this is what causes my start up freezing.
