My new Alienware 13 R3 died after bios update

Hi!

I just got a new computer today, the alienware 13 r3. I installed all windows updates and when it was time for the bios update, the screen went blank in the middle of the process and now the computer wont start. After turning it on, it takes a while but then i hear 7 beeps.

Can you please help me, the computer is only 2hours old.

I found another post about the same issue where support told to remove battery and CMOS battery. I did that but it did not help.
