Need help. My M11xr2 wifi and CAPS lock light won't turn off
I tought it was normal that it is on but I just noticed that the LED light won't turn off.I tried to disconnect the internet connection but it is still on. I just bought the unit the other day. What should I do? thanks in advance.

All the lights should turn off together when u disable AlienFX. contact tech support.

Hmm, I had a similar problem a few days ago. All my lights on the top left were flashing uncontrollably! This started after I tried to install the new freefall sensor driver from the Dell website!
It totalled my Windows7 install at the same time, but a side effect was that my caps lock/num lock/scroll lock lights kept flashing even after I powered off.
I removed the battery last night to install my new SSD drive and a fresh copy of Windows, and all is now back to normal.
Maybe try removing the battery and run it from the power adapter only, see if that fixes it.
