Need new R4 Mother board - Please help

Well.. having a hard time finding one. I did find a few used ones on Ebay. One is a Rev 00 mine shows 02 or 2.0 ( cant recall) however i'm a little worried about getting a used one. Apparently dell does not supply these. is this correct? 

Does anyone know if any other boards will work. any suggestions. Hate having such an  expensive paper weight at home and want it fixed.
