Processor question

I have a dell Inspiron 15 3000 Series (3542) laptop
I bought it 9 months ago and I don't get it why it's not working anymore and it gives me 7 bips
I've searched on the internet and it says it a CPU problem
are there any hints on what should I do to repair it and how much does it cost for a CPU

I've searched the website and there are no CPUs in the parts section.
and thanks in advance

as you see in the image, the CPU is soldered onto the motherboard and the only way to repair it, is replacing the damaged cpu with a new one, this is hard to do because the technician will have to weld again the cpu in your motherboard, only a very specialized technician can do it. (reballing)

From the site listed there are links that would take you to the appropriate tech advisor either by phone, email, etc.. Good luck.
