Question
So I have an alienware 18 the one that came out in 2013 I wanted to upgrade my graphics cards and my slot loading cdrw drive. Does dell do this for a price? I could probably do it but I don't want to mess this thing up as I'm not familiar with laptop upgrades. I have built Desktop pcs before. But I know that's different. I wanted to update to Blu-Ray drive at least and I want like a an 800 series graphics card any help?

If you buy upgrade parts, they will be sent to you directly. We do not install the parts for you if that's what you're asking.

I don’t believe I've said anything about aftermarket hardware sales. Contact the Sales support department so they can confirm if this can be done.
