Touchpad problems

I recently bought an Alienware 13 and I'm having problems with the touchpad. Namely, that it is not showing up under my mouse settings. Two finger scrolling keeps turning on and off and I can't access the setting to correct it, let alone diagnose the problem. Also, lately the right click and left click keep getting switched. I can get to that option to fix it but I imagine that is not supposed to happen. Any help?
