Uninstalled Nvidia drivers, nothing is working anymore!

So I tried updating my graphics card and all the games on my computer stopped working. I uninstalled it and try reinstalling it, only to find that Nvdia can't find any compatible drivers for my computer for some reason. Also my computer isn't able to recognize my Tv as an audio source anymore and I've also lost the sleep setting on my computer? Please help me before I return this computer to dell

You can try to perform a system restore to the day before you run the update or you can uninstall the NVidia drivers and features you find in the control panel and download the latest driver from the Dell support website or from the NVidia website, perform a power drain and install it.

Is the video card being recognize in the BIOS and in the device manager?

I tried restoring the computer to before I uninstalled the drivers and now all that shows up on my tv is the Alienware logo then it switches to black, nothing is coming on?

Try perform an Alienrespawn because something should have gone wrong with the restore.

Press F8 at the start up and select the Alienrespawn or factory restore.
